I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Linda Bohne when she was the co-owner of Property Advisors, the company that manages the condo association where I live and am on the board. I first met Linda when I was going through the process of fixing a water leak in the shower of my townhouse. Getting the contractor's contract signed was at a stand still, and during that time, black mold was found. Linda took charge and had a mold remediation company removing the mold within days. She was even able to get the contract for the repairs signed quickly and a check issued to the contractor so work could begin. Linda took it a step further and met with the builder's foreman to see why or what had caused my shower to fail. She always answered my calls and text messages. I would recommend Linda to anyone looking for a property manager who will take charge and who will listen!
