Linda has 20 years of real estate experience and has managed her own investment property portfolio for 10 years. She co-founded and sold a property management business which she helped grow to over 250 doors in 3 years including 10 condo associations. She also has many years of renovation experience which has made her a great resource for investors to make low cost upgrades to their properties for a better ROR. Her accounting education gives her a solid base to guide the creation of budgets and can explain the financial statements when needed.
Jake O'Reardon
Jake has extensive experience in construction management and is also a seasoned realtor, adept at working with both investment and condominium buyers and sellers.
Anna Cecere
Anna is responsible for the office management and recordkeeping here at Oceana PM. She has a wide range of experience assisting both local CT family-owned businesses and large corporations with their HR, payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting. Anna strives to tailor each experience to the individual goals of the client, and to create an environment of trust, accuracy, and professionalism.
