I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Linda Bohne when she was the co-owner of Property Advisors, the company that manages the condo association where I live and am on the board.  She had a calming personality and could always bring reason into issues that were emotionally charged. In addition, Ms. Bohne demonstrated insight, perspective and range in budgetary discussions.  She focused on saving money while also achieving safety, taking care of maintenance, and setting up for future projects.  I was particularly impressed with Ms. Bohne's ability to identify needs and create priorities for present day and future planning.  As a team member, Ms. Bohne was cooperative and patient, both important characteristics of a responsible condo manager.

I first met Linda when I was going through the process of fixing a water leak in the shower of my townhouse.  Getting the contractor's contract signed was at a stand still, and during that time, black mold was found.  Linda took charge and had a mold remediation company removing the mold within days.  She was even able to get the contract for the repairs signed quickly and a check issued to the contractor so work could begin.  Linda took it a step further and met with the builder's foreman to see why or what had caused my shower to  fail.  She always answered my calls and text messages.   I would recommend Linda to anyone looking for a property manager who will take charge and who will listen!
